Services Basic Service Prices begin at $150 each hour. Coverage is booked in 4-hour increments. Price breaks at the 8 and 12 hour levels. Coverage includes: Event documentation; candid and posed according to Photo Request Forms Large resolution downloads for password-protected clients Guest galleries for viewing and ordering prints DVDs of all images mailed upon completion Lighted portraits Daily fee $175 Lighted portraits require a primary photographer. Rate includes set up, backdrop and lighting usage. Depending on the size of the groups may require an assistant for posing and/or flow of traffic. Onsite printing Hourly fee $325 Onsite printing requires a primary photographer. Rate includes 50 4x6 prints each hour, an assistant, paper, ink printer, software and laptop computer. Each additional print is $3 You can have your logo, the event name, year, etc. added for $1 each print. Slideshow creation Slideshow fee $250 Slideshows created onsite are for immediate usage. PowerPoint and iPhoto slideshows are both available. Basic slideshows include 100 photos and can be set to music or audio provided by client. DVDs of the final slideshows are included in mail upon completion. Servicing photos to media outlets Service charge $250 If the media outlets choose to use your photos on the wires, they will reach national and international venues. Photos that are serviced should be submitted the day they are taken and should be genuine spontaneous moments. AEP will NOT service set up photos. Rate is for gathering subjects names, journalistic edit, color correction, wire style captions, transmission, contacting to verify receipt of images, etc. There is NO GUARANTEE that photos will be posted with any wire service. Corporate yearbook Basic book $350 Rate is for first 20 pages of an 8.5x11 leather book. Each additional page is $20 Yearbooks are great gifts for speakers, company presidents, event organizers, etc. The books are also a great way to share highlights with next year's sponsors or vendors. Multiple size and style options are available ranging from 5x7 casual books to 8x8, 8.5x11 and 12x12 hard cover books. Cover options include leather, suede, satin or cloth.
